Aug 7
1) Member Check in / HQ Meeting Room - 11am-4pm
~Pay any fees due (fundraising, tshirt or instrument rental)
~Sign out equipment
~Pick up uniform parts - try on for correct size!
~Check-in to hotel room and get settled. HANG UP YOUR UNIFORM

2) Light Rehearsal,  Location TBD, 6-9pm
 

Aug 8 
Rehearsal, All Day -  9am - 9pm
**Trucks and field crews arrive 8:30am
American Legion Hall - Holt Rd, Indianapolis
~Goal for the day is to learn ALL drill.
~Lunch will be provided at the Hall
~Break for dinner - (on own)
~After dinner break, subs then full ensemble
 

Aug 9
Rehearsal, All Day - 9am - 3pm
Lucas Oil Stadium - CLOSED REHEARSAL
Members & staff MUST be at stadium parking lot no later than 8:30am
**Trucks and field crews arrive 8:00am
~Goal for the day is to ensemble the entire show in the stadium with at least 1 full out run-through
All performing members must bring uniform HAT and JACKET to this rehearsal
~Lunch will be provided at LOS. Legacy Corps Awards during lunch
Evening off - TLC members invited to 65th anniversary Celebration with A Corps starting at 6pm
 

Aug 10
Rehearsal, All Day -  9am - 9pm
**Trucks and field crews arrive 8:30am
American Legion Hall - Holt Rd, Indianapolis
~Goal for the day is to ensemble the entire show
~Lunch will be provided at the Hall
~Break for dinner - (on own)
~After dinner break, full ensemble 
 

Aug 11
Performance day! - exact schedule TBA
American Legion Hall - Holt Rd, Indianapolis
~Warm-ups, sections and full run-through
~Load trucks for performances
~Break to return to hotel for showers
~Load buses in HALFs at HQ hotel - horns under buses - roll for downtown Indy performance. Lunch will be provided ON THE BUS
~Downtown Indy Standstill time approx 5:00pm
~Load buses after downtown performance to roll for Lucas Oil stadium.
~Dinner (on own) at LOS
~Report back to bus for show warm up start at ~8pm
~Step off time is approx 10:25pm
 

Aug 12
Last Show Day - exact schedule TBA
~Load horns under buses
~Load buses at HQ hotel. HALF UNIFORM. Roll to LOS
~Warm ups on site
~SoundSport Performance!
~Corps and section pictures
~Load trucks - return all equipment and uniform parts.
~Watch DCI Finals - enjoy!
