I hope this finds everyone well and surviving this pandemic as best we can. I know we will all strive to overcome the hardships of what has come at us with vengeance as a result of this virus.
The Troopers Alumni Association Committee has made a decision in regards to the Hall Of Fame program for the class of 2020. With the DCI cancellation of the 2020 season, and no show in Casper in July, we have decided not to have a ceremony for the class of 2020.
We have also made a decision to wait until 2021 to vote on all of the nominations received for the 2020 class. The 2020 nominations will be voted on separately from the 2021 nominations. The 2021 nominations will open up in early 2021, and will be processed in same way we have done in the past. We have tentatively scheduled a ceremony for both classes, 2020, and 2021 during the Drums Along The Rockies show in Casper.
We felt this was the best way to continue the enthusiasm and excitement of our HOF candidates. We will continue to post updates on any changes, or additions to the HOF program. We will also be making an update on the Troopers Hall of Fame website with this information. I would recommend that if you have someone in mind to nominate, start working on it now, and use this extra time to your advantage. Please don't hesitate to contact me, Lee Engle if you have any questions or concerns. email@example.com
Thank you all, and please take care of yourselves and those around you.
